Beverly Hills mixer on Sept. 25th

Don't miss the mixer coming up in Beverly Hills at Sharky's on Sept. 25th, 6-9pm. It's a party! Drop by after work for cheap margaritas and Mexican food with writers, actors and producers. Note that this is a Tuesday night, not a night we usually meet. Free with RSVP at www.ScreenplayLab.com.

Thank you Gotham Group VP Julie Kane-Ritsch...

Julie gave a great presentation on how to bring forward children's books and animation projects. She talked about the bestselling books she's sold to publishers and animation features to Paramount and Warner Bros. Julie mentioned her personal goal of producing a major motion picture before she's fifty, a goal achieved with THE SPIDERWICK CHRONICLES releasing from Paramount on February 15th. Special thanks to Comedy Central for hosting us. We had a full house in their beautiful 98-seat theater. If you weren't there you really missed it.

ScreenplayLab Mixer on Sept. 25th...

Our next mixer is Tuesday, Sept. 25th. Sharky's Mexican Grill, 435 N. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills. Free with RSVP online at www.ScreenplayLab.com.
