Hi. Got your RSVP for Sunday's event. It's always fun to be on the lot at Raleigh Studios, and it's going to be a packed house. We're going to have a blast!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!

BRING HEADSHOTS. This is the opposite of our usual procedure because our speaker has requested headshots/resumes. You are ENCOURAGED to bring your headshot to give to talent agent Angela Hutchinson. PLEASE NOTE that this is only for this event, that unless a speaker requests it we ask that actors not bring headshots to ScreenplayLab.

ScreenplayLab is an open forum. Here's a copy of our standard audience release that you'll be asked to sign at the event:

Please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 so we can check you in before 3pm. It's a 42-seat theater and will be packed. There's a 1-hour workshop reading from 3-4pm then our main speaker at 4:15pm.

We'll be handing out water and candy and name badges as usual. Please bring a few bucks to put in our tip jar. We've managed to keep our events free for two years, and it takes some resources doing that every week. Every bit helps.

If you can't make it, please have the courtesy to email to let me know. No big apology necessary. We know that half the people who RSVP won't be able to make it and most will have a good reason. Please make that an email, not a phone call, not a second RSVP with a comment, not a note through a friend. If you've already emailed to say you can't make it you can ignore this email. We cross out the cancellations by hand right before the event.

ScreenplayLab presents RPM Talent Agent Angela Hutchinson. Angela is a new agent at RPM. She's seeking talented actors to sign to the agency's roster for theatrical representation only. She's considering SAG, SAG eligible and working non-union actors. Raleigh Studios, 5300 Melrose Avenue, Hollywood, Sunday, Aug 26th, 2007, 3pm to 6pm. Networking at 2:30pm.
