Free Pitch Clinic on Aug 19th

Come to my free pitch clinic this Sunday. Then our main speaker is director Buddy Bregman. Buddy has an amazing career. As a director he's worked with Donald Sutherland, Jane Fonda, Olivia Newton-John, Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Jonathan Winters and many more. We're going to have a blast in the pitch clinic and Buddy is going to share amazing stories and great career advice. Don't miss it!

Thank you Ensemble manager-producer Jon Brown...

Jon Brown held us spellbound at the Comedy Central Stage with the story of his career. It's easy to understand why his life rights were picked up by a studio for a movie! If you weren't at ScreenplayLab last night you really missed it. Coincidentally, Jon was once the agent for Buddy Bregman, our speaker this Sunday. Even I didn't know that. Special thanks to Comedy Central for hosting us.

Free Pitch Clinic on August 19th...

Need to practice your pitch in front of a live audience? This Sunday at ScreenplayLab is your chance! As session moderator I'll zero in on the essence of what's good in your pitch and make suggestions for improvements. Feedback from the audience, too. Even if you're not ready to pitch, you can learn a lot from watching others try. We all tend to make the same mistakes in pitching. To be selected to pitch send me an email with the genre and logline. Preference to upbeat commercial projects. (We're an open forum so take whatever protective measures you feel you need such as copyright or WGA registration.) This Sunday at 3pm at ScreenplayLab. But there's more...
