Floyd Byars ("Desperately Seeking Susan", "Mindwalk" and "Making Mr. Right") was preparing "There Goes the Neighborhood" when director Bob Clark ("A Christmas Story") was tragically killed by a drunk driver on Pacific Coast Highway in April.
