Producer Robert Bahar and Director Almudena Carracedo received an Emmy for "Made in L.A." at the 29th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Continuing Coverage of a News Story–Long Form. "Made in L.A." continues to engage communities and to put a human face on issues of low wage work, immigrants' rights, consumer choices, organizing, and women's empowerment. The "Host A Screening" initiative that enables grassroots groups, nonprofits, student groups, unions, and faith-based organizations to hold their own screenings of "Made in L.A."

Perry Smith will be on THE SHIELD Tuesday, Nov. 4th @ 10 PM, FX Channel. She has a co-star role as a realtor. "Lets keep our fingers crossed that I don’t get cut a la THE OFFICE last year," says Perry Smith. "In the preview for this weeks SHIELD episode there was a scene that was right before I enter so I’m pretty sure I’m in. I shot an episode of GREY’S ANATOMY last Tuesday which may be airing on Thursday, Nov. 27. I got to work with Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh and guest star Mary McDonnell."
